Greenkeeper ireland.Its a very water proof jacket elasticated inner sleeves great. but when heavy winds blow into the hood the top velcro chin piece keeps opening it could be a larger velcro piece or button it results in cold wet chin and neck area.
2nd but not as nessessery draw string or elasticated waist/hip area for more comfort when working.
