  • Customer and order information will be kept securely on our system until you ask us to remove it. Note: Purchase information retention is subject to regulatory mandates we must adhere to e.g. 7-year data retention requirements for tax reporting purchases.
  • Encrypted Credit Card information will be purged every 365 days.
  • Mailing List Subscriptions will remain active until you opt-out from specific lists

5. SECTION 2 - CONSENT

5.1 How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for marketing purposes, e.g. to email you with promotions, special offers and blog articles, we will request your permission explicitly, if not already granted.

5.2 How do I withdraw my consent?

If you change your mind after you've opted in, you can withdraw your consent to marketing communications. Marketing will be terminated and any data specifically used for marketing purposes alone will be deleted.

Financial transaction data will be maintained as required by law.

6. SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if required to fulfil our obligations under our agreement with you. e.g. provide your address to the courier to have your purchases delivered.


7. SECTION 4 - IRP Commerce

Our store is hosted on the IRP Commerce platform provided by Export Technologies Ltd. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows you to buy our products and use our services.

Your data is stored through IRP Commerce's data storage, databases and the general IRP application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment through our website can be made via our secure checkout pages using secure third-party payment service providers, e.g. credit card processors.

The IRP is PCI compliant. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


8. SECTION 5 - KLARNA

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we will pass certain aspects of your personal data to Klarna, in the form of contact and order details, in order for them to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.

9. SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us, e.g. Parcel Couriers to deliver your purchases.

We currently use the following companies who will process your personal data as part of their contracts with us :

  • IRP/Export Technologies (our e-commerce platform),
  • AmazonPay (to process payments),
  • PayPal (to process payments),
  • Realex (to process payments),
  • TrustPilot (to send review requests),
  • Google (to collect information for trends and personalisation, excluding IP address),
  • Couriers: Parcelforce, Royal Mail, FedEx, DR Macleod, Woody's, Skye Express, Parcelinq (for delivery).

Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider other legal obligations may be placed upon them by the laws of their jurisdiction.
