I saw the review above and felt I had to write something. I ordered this product and it arrived very promptly. It has also proven to be of great quality and works really well. The comment above is probably an internet troll and should be ignored :)
Top ring plastic was crazed and ices fell off within two days with ring below immediately rusting.
Bottom ring was supposed to be galvanised but rusted within a couple of days in the water
The buoy itself is fine but fittings are not what I expected from Ployform
