The Quad Power 4 Cogged V-belts don't need re-tensioning after 24 hours of operation which means no machine or production downtime. Gates uses an innovative minimal-stretch cord technology and has been designed the industry's first bandless zero-maintenance V-belt.

The belts have anti-static properties to ISO 1813 (electrical resistance and antistatic standard) and are REACH, RoHS 2 and ATEX compliant.

Suitable for use in operating temperatures of -50 deg C to +130 deg C. Meets the Gates UNISET tolerance standards and can be installed without matching. Manufactured in the EU and conform to the requirements of DIN 7753 / ISO 4184 / RMA IP22.
