A natural fibre rope with a rustic, classic nautical look and feel. The Manila Rope offers greater breaking strengths than sisal while retaining its heat resistant properties. Manilla is more resistant to rot, especially in wet environments. Manufactured in 3 strand construction.
Typical applications: Industrial lifting, especially where resistance to heat and friction is essential; wherever a natural presentation is important. BSN 698, specific gravity 1.5, elongation at break 13%
