I am restoring an elderly landrover and wanted a spray on liquid which would derust/create a stable substrate for rustproof painting and could be left in place for wax treatment.
I haven't started on the main chassis / body support panels but I have tested the treatment on section already removed and found it produced good results - works best in a moist environment.

Having used and trialled several of these type of rust converters found Fertan to be the best of the bunch.
