Can I get free delivery for my order?

  • We have specific criteria for our free shipping offer that your order must meet:
    • A single order of non-bulky items over £120 (after discount or promotions) using standard delivery.
      • ​If you can't wait, you can opt for express delivery at a reduced rate of £4.99.
      • If items are out of stock, you may need to wait until the order is complete to dispatch.
    • Destination: UK mainland, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles only.
    • Size of itemNon-bulky items up to 30kg in weight and 1.5m in length only.
      • ​Excludes flares/pyrotechnics, batteries, liferafts, engines, boats (not limited to this list).

What if a product is out of stock?

  • This will be stated on the product page and throughout checkout. You will also be notified in your order acknowledgement e-mail.
  • Products normally take 10-14 days to arrive at our premises from our suppliers.
  • We will contact you within 1 working day if we discover that a product will be out of stock longer than 14 days.
    • Some product pages state the date stock is due. In these cases, our team will not contact you as the due date is available when ordering. Your order will not be dispatched until stock arrives.
  • You can sign up to receive an email when a product comes back into stock. Just click "Email me when back in stock" on the product page and enter your email address.
  • Stock levels on the website are for Inverness only. Stock may be available in our Plymouth branch. Call us to find out if stock is available in Plymouth if "out of stock" online.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

  • We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of your order being placed, subject to stock availability. 
  • Orders are processed manually which means we only dispatch orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

 

When will my order be delivered?

  • Once the order leaves our premises, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date.
  • Our standard services take 3-5 working days once dispatched. Please wait 5 working days before contacting us in the event of a delay.
  • Our express service takes 1-2 working days once dispatched. Orders must be placed before 12pm for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day/following week for a Thursday.
  • Our couriers do not normally deliver on the weekend and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order on a Saturday.

Can my order can be left at my house if I am out?

  • All our orders are sent by courier and all packages require a signature. Goods cannot be left without a signature.

 

Known exceptions to normal service:

  • Easter Weekend - Orders placed on Good Friday/Easter Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday as couriers do not operate on these days. Express Delivery not available.
  • May Day - Orders placed on May Day Monday (or Friday prior) will be dispatched on Tuesday as couriers do not operate on these days. Express Delivery not available.
  • Bank Holidays - Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following day as couriers do not operate on these days.
  • Christmas - Gael Force closes on 25th/26th Dec. Orders placed on 24th Dec may not be delivered until the New Year. Orders placed between Christmas & New Year may not be processed and will not be delivered until the New Year. Express Delivery not available.
  • New Year - Gael Force closes on 1st/2nd Jan. Orders will be processed the next working day. Express Delivery not available.

You have selected the United Kingdom as your destination country.  We aim to dispatch orders within two working days of your order being placed, subject to stock availability.  In the case of products being out of stock, you will be made aware of this during the checkout process and as instructed in your order acknowledgement e-mail.  We will contact you within one working day if we discover that a product is likely to be out of stock for longer than 14 days.

When do we dispatch?

We only dispatch orders on weekdays.  Items are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following week, normally Monday.  Courier deliveries do not normally occur on a Saturday, and we give no guarantee that you will receive delivery on a Saturday.

When will you receive your delivery?

Once goods leave our premises we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however, we will always do our very best to get the goods to you as promptly as possible. The vast majority of our orders are sent by courier.

Will your order require a signature upon delivery?

Packages will require a signature from a person at the delivery address.  Goods will not be left without a signature.

When you spend £120 or more online, we offer free standard delivery* subject to the following terms and conditions below.

•  Applies to single orders with a minimum spend of £120 after any discount or promotions have been added.

•  Free delivery offer applies to standard delivery only (3-5 working days).

•  One shipment only.  If some of the items ordered are not in stock you may need to wait a little longer until the order is complete to dispatch.

•  This offer excludes flares/pyrotechnics and liferafts.

•  Valid for orders up to 30kg in weight and 1.5m in length.

•  Applies to retail transactions only.

•  This offer applies to stocked range products only. Special orders or requests may incur an additional charge, e.g. direct supply order.
