General Shipping Information To

You have selected the United Kingdom as your destination country.  We aim to dispatch orders within two working days of your order being placed, subject to stock availability.  In the case of products being out of stock, you will be made aware of this during the checkout process and as instructed in your order acknowledgement e-mail.  We will contact you within one working day if we discover that a product is likely to be out of stock for longer than 14 days.


When do we dispatch?

We only dispatch orders on weekdays.  Items are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, orders placed after 12 pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following week, normally Monday.  Courier deliveries do not normally occur on a Saturday, and we give no guarantee that you will receive delivery on a Saturday.

When will you receive your delivery?

Once goods leave our premises we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however, we will always do our very best to get the goods to you as promptly as possible. The vast majority of our orders are sent with a courier except in cases of very small items under £25 in value which are sometimes sent with Royal Mail.

Will your order require a signature upon delivery?

Packages dispatched with couriers will require a signature from a person at the delivery address.  Goods sent via Courier service will not be left without a signature.

What is our 'free delivery' offer and how will your order qualify? 

When you spend £100 or more online, we offer free standard delivery* subject to the following terms and conditions below.

•  Applies to the delivery of selected non-hazardous items within UK mainland, some Scottish island addresses, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - this does not include the Channel Isles.

•  Applies to single orders with a minimum spend of £100 after any discount or promotions have been added.

•  Free delivery offer applies to standard delivery only (3-5 working days).

•  If you can’t wait that long you can opt for express delivery (1-2 working days) at a reduced rate of £5.95.

•  One shipment only.  If some of the items ordered are not in stock you may need to wait a little longer until the order is complete to dispatch.

•  This offer excludes flares/pyrotechnics and liferafts.

•  Valid for orders up to 30kg in weight and 1.5m in length.

•  Applies to retail transactions only.

•  This offer applies to stocked range products only. Special orders or requests may incur an additional charge, e.g. direct supply order.

Specific Postage Methods
Based on your current basket total and an approximate basket weight of 0 grams
  • Postal Mail Service - 3-5 Working Days
  • 1st class postage with NO signature required on delivery. Used for small packages up to 500g, large letter size, under £25 in value. Orders usually arrive within 5 working days to the UK and within 21 days to most worldwide destinations, although occasionally delays can occur. No tracking information available after dispatch.
  • (Pyrotechnics/Batteries) Hazardous Delivery - 3-5 Working Days
  • One or more of the items in your basket is classed as hazardous and due to shipping regulations, we are required to be dispatch with a specialist courier service and thus subject to a surcharge. This delivery service normally takes 3 to 5 working days.

    IMPORTANT: Regrettably, we are unable to dispatch items of a hazardous nature to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Scilly Isles. This includes but is not limited to antifouling paint, liferafts, flares, harmful liquids, outboard engines.
  • Standard Pallet Delivery - up to 3-5 Working Days
  • Your order will be sent using our standard 3-5 working day pallet delivery service. This is UK Mainland only service. IMPORTANT: Residents of NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, SCILLY and CHANNEL ISLES should ensure they have also selected their region under the Country tab, e.g. United Kingdom - Northern Ireland.
