We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of your order being placed, subject to stock availability. In the case of products being out of stock, you will be made aware of this during the checkout process and as instructed in your order acknowledgement e-mail. We will contact you within one working day if we discover that a product is likely to be out of stock for longer than 14 days.
We only dispatch orders on weekdays. Items are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Courier deliveries do not normally occur on a Saturday, and we give no guarantee that you will receive an order on a Saturday. Once goods leave our premises we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however we will do our utmost to get the goods to you on time. The vast majority of our orders are sent with courier, except in cases of very small items under £25 in value which are sometimes sent with Royal Mail.
For standard delivery we offer a 3-5 working day service. Please allow for the 5 working days to elapse before contacting us in the unlikely event of a delay. You can also track your delivery with the courier through the tracking number which is sent along with the dispatch email.
Packages dispatched with couriers will require a signature from a person at the delivery address. Goods will not be left without a signature.

When you spend £100 or more online, we offer free standard delivery to UK mainland and Scottish island addresses, subject to the following terms and conditions.
• Applies to delivery within UK mainland and Scottish island addresses only - unfortunately due to high courier costs this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Isles.
• Applies to single orders with a minimum spend of £100 after any discount or promotions have been added.
• Free delivery offer applies to standard delivery only (3-5 working days).
• If you can’t wait that long you can opt for express delivery (1-2 working days) at a reduced rate of £5.95.
• One shipment only. If some of the items ordered are not in stock or split between our shop locations you may need to wait a little longer until the order is complete to dispatch. We will notify you if this is the case.
• This offer excludes the purchase of flares/pyrotechnics and liferafts.
• Valid for orders up to 30kg in weight and 1.5mtr in length.

Hazardous, Restricted and Bulky Products
As we are an ISO 9001 registered company, we are required to comply strictly with the regulations on the shipping of hazardous equipment, and this means using an ADR registered courier to ship any product with a hazardous label. The charges below are reflective of what our couriers charge us.

We cannot send hazardous goods, bulky items over 30kg and items over 1.5 metres in length to international destinations. We reserve the right to decline any order for hazardous goods destined for an international location. Hazrdous items include, but are not limited to antifouling paint, lifejackets, co2 gas cylinders, liferafts, flares, paint, harmful liquids, outboard engines.
Deliveries to BFPO Addresses
Delivery charges to BFPO addresses will vary. If you require delivery to be made to a BFPO address please contact us prior to placing your order and we will happily give you a quotation.
We understand and appreciate that not all customers intend use their purchases immediately and require time to get down to their boat to check the suitability of a product. With this in mind we are pleased to offer customers a generous 28 day returns policy with the following terms;
Goods may be returned for full refund within 28 days of receipt without query. We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged goods, non-stock items or goods which have been made to order such as rigging, cut lengths of rope, chain & wire. We ask customers to take extra good care when returning goods and, where possible, return original packaging. In order for your return to be processed swiftly it must contain a Returns Form. In such an event you shall return to us at your cost the Goods, properly packed to ensure safe delivery, to our address as set out below.

2. You should then contact our Sales Department on 0845 450 1077 or by e-mailing email@example.com to request for a Returns Code.
Please retain proof of posting and enclose the original dispatch note, along with a contact telephone number, stating the reason for your return. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to contact you to confirm credit and/or refund arrangements.
