Free Delivery Offer

• UK only - excluding N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Isles.
• Applies to single orders with a minimum spend of £100 after any discount or promotions have been added.
• Free Delivery offer applies to Standard delivery only (3-5 working days).
• If you can’t wait that long you can opt for Express delivery (1-2 working days) at the reduced rate.
• One shipment only.  If some of the items ordered are not in stock you may need to wait a little longer until the order is complete to ship.
• Excludes hazardous products, such as flares, liferafts, batteries.
• Valid for orders up to 30kg in weight and 1.5m in length.
• For retail transactions only.

Delivery Costs and Times

Please note, if you place an order for an item/items which exceed 30kg (for example, large diameter rope, lengths of chain, heavy goods) we reserve the right to contact you to arrange an additional charge for delivery. If you have any questions regarding this please contact 0845 450 1077 during working hours to discuss.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot part-ship orders outside UK Mainland, we will only send complete orders when all items on the order are available.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch outside the above listed countries.

Dispatching your goods

When you place your order with Gael Force Marine this is taken care of by a member of our sales team. For items in stock, we aim to dispatch within 1 working day of your order being placed. In the case of products being out of stock, a member of our sales team will contact you within 1 working day to inform you.  Generally, for most out of stock products we will attempt to dispatch goods as soon as possible giving you the best time estimate possible. At busier periods of the year, orders may take longer to dispatch however we will always endeavour to send your order in a timely manner. 

We only dispatch orders on weekdays - items are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Please bear this in mind if you require your order quickly. In most cases deliveries are not made on a Saturday by couriers - no guarantee can be made that you will receive an order on a Saturday.

Once goods leave our premises we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however we will do our utmost to get the goods to you on time. The vast majority of our orders are sent with courier, except in cases of very small items under £25 in value which are sometimes sent with Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery

UK including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight:  Standard Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. For orders to leave on the same day as ordering you must place your order before 12pm that day. This is to allow our warehouse operatives time to deal with your order for courier collection. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that orders will be dispatched same day during busy periods, e.g Fitting Out time, Christmas Season.

Express delivery - UK Mainland Only

Express Delivery for UK (Mainland Only) normally takes 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.  If you require express delivery then your order must be placed before 12pm for dispatch to take place the same day.

Please note all parcels are sent by courier on a ‘signed for’ service. No parcels will be left at an address without a signature.  If no-one is available to sign for your parcel at the time of delivery a card will be left at your address with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection from a nearby depot.

Hazardous Goods

Due to set rules and regulations affecting the transportation of hazardous items within the UK such goods are subject to additional charges. Hazardous goods cannot be sent by Express Delivery and is restricted to UK Mainland postcodes. Please see Hazardous Goods section below for further details.

Collection of Goods from Store
Goods ordered online may also be collected from our store in Inverness only.  You can select 'Collection' as your delivery method during checkout.  Please allow 1 working day before collecting items - this allows our warehouse operatives the time to pick and pack the order.

Couriers

For the vast majority of orders containing non-hazardous goods we will use Parcelforce. For orders containing hazardous items (excluding flares) we use Fed-Ex (UK Mainland only). If you are in any doubt about delivery please contact us at sales@gaelforce.net.

Delivery of Hazardous Goods

Due to set rules and regulations that affect the transportation of hazardous items within the UK, such goods are subject to additional charges. Hazardous goods cannot be sent on an Express Delivery.
